  		Caroline Courts, overlooking Caroline Bay in Timaru. After the farm at Salisbury was sold, Vic and Nancy O'D bought the upstairs flat on the left as their retirement home. Nancy's bedroom was front right and Vic's was behind at the back. Access to the flat was by a staircase at the rear.
